For vehicles with an idling-stop system, the lever and the link pin of the intake air shutter valve do not have sufficient strength. If left unfixed, they may break, which in the worst case could make it impossible to start the engine.

On certain vehicles, the power steering hydraulic pipe is deformed from the time of installation, and it may interfere with the coolant pipe for the turbocharger etc. If left unfixed, the hydraulic pipe may be damaged, and in the worst case, power steering oil could leak, resulting in heavier steering.

For the engine cooling system, the hydraulic circuit for the cooling fan is inappropriate, and there is a risk that the oil cooler is damaged by a sudden pressure rise at the time of the change of fan operation settings, which could in the worst case cause oil leakage.
