For the oil path from which oil is supplied to the vacuum pump, which supplies negative pressure to the vacuum brake booster, the union bolt is not suitable for the purpose, and therefore, a sufficient amount of oil may not be supplied to the vacuum pump. If this problem is left unattended, the vane inside the vacuum pump may wear, and the pump may break, in which case no negative pressure would be generated, and in the worst case, this could lead to a longer braking distance.

For the combination lamps, the red lenses for the lights that serve both as rear lights and brake lights do not have sufficient weatherability, and therefore, the red colour of the lenses can gradually fade from long exposure to the strong sunlight. If this occurs, the colour of the lenses may not comply with the safety standard.

For the wiper control unit, the contact point of the relay for the intermittent mode can wear from repeated use of the intermittent mode due to the lack of durability of the contact point. A part of the worn contact point may come off and cause a short circuit, in which case operation of the wipers becomes impossible, and in the worst case, the wiper control unit could ignite.

On certain vehicles, the caulking of the metallic retention part of the ball joint that connects the lower arm of the front wheel shock absorber and the knuckle is insufficient. If left unfixed, the retention part may get damaged, and in the worst case, the ball joint could come off the arm causing the vehicle to stall.
