For the light switch, on certain vehicles, (1) the wiring is not properly installed, and repeated operations of the direction indicator lever can cause the wires to break off at the connector or the wires to interfere with the lever cover and be disconnected, in either case, the headlights, the width indicators and/or the fog lights could fail.

(2) On certain vehicles, there is not adequate serration in the joints between hoses and pipes for the compartment heating unit. If left unfixed, the quick connectors at the joints can come off causing engine coolant to leak, and in which case the engine overheats and in the worst case the vehicle stalls.

For the 3 speed automatic transmission, the threaded holes for the ring gear bolts are not properly made. If left unfixed, the bolts may become loose, which can interfere with the transmission case and cause abnormal noise, and in the worst case, the transmission could break causing the vehicle to stall.

On certain vehicles, the bolt securing the strut and the knuckle of the front suspension assembly is not sufficiently tightened. If left unfixed, in the worst case, the strut could come off the knuckle when driving over an unlevel surface, which could make it impossible to keep driving.
