For shock absorbers, the combination of the front coil spring seat and the coil spring is not appropriate, and therefore, they may interfere with each other. If this problem is left unattended, the coating of the spring may peel, and rust may occur and cause the spring to break. If such breakage occurs, in the worst case, the broken spring and the tyre could interfere with each other, and the tyre could be damaged, which could cause the vehicle to stall.

The piston cup of the clutch master cylinder may prematurely wear due to improper material. If this problem is left unattended, the sealing efficiency may be reduced, which could cause the clutch fluid pressure to decrease. If this occurs, in the worst case, the clutch could remain engaged and the vehicle would stall.

For the brake equalize, which balances the pressure between the left and right brakes, the gaps where the brake cables are attached may be too large, in which case the cables may get in there. If this happens, in the worst case, the brake cables may come off the equalizer when the brake is operated, resulting in reduced braking efficiency.

On certain vehicles, the igniter inside the ignition coil of the engine may be damaged due to the poor manufacturing process. If this problem is left unattended, the coil and the igniter may melt, which could cause the engine to malfunction, and in the worst case, the engine could stall and would not restart.

For compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the O-ring in the high pressure regulator can be deformed or damaged, because the O-ring does not have sufficient hardness and because the measurement of the valve sheet is improper. The deformed or damaged high pressure regulator may allow the high pressure fuel gas to flow into the low pressure regulator, and the gas could leak from the safety valve.

(1) On certain vehicles, the resin-made nuts securing the fuel pump unit on the fuel tank are not properly tightened and are installed askew. If left unfixed, fuel can leak from the attachment part of the fuel pump unit when the tank is full, which in the worst case could result in a fire.
