On certain vehicles, the hole on the ratchet pole, which is for holding the parking brake pedal position, is too small due to improper processing, and this increases the friction when the ratchet pole moves. At worst, the ratchet pole fails to lock the parking brake pedal when the pedal is pressed.

On certain vehicles, the fuel tank reservoir cup is welded back to front. For this reason, uphill travel or takeoff acceleration during low remaining fuel conditions may cause unstable engine operation due to the lack of fuel supply amount. At worst, the engine stops while running.

On certain vehicles, the resin cap on the fuel tank, which secures an accessory part such as a fuel pump gauge unit is misshaped and/or improperly fastened. If left unfixed, a crack may occur, and in the worst case, fuel leakage occurs.

On certain vehicles, the caulking of the metallic retention part of the ball joint that connects the lower arm of the front wheel shock absorber and the knuckle is insufficient. If left unfixed, water may get in, causing rust on the ball. As a result, the resin bearing may get worn out exceedingly. At worst, the ball joint gets damaged and comes off the arm, and the vehicle becomes stalled.

On certain 4WD vehicles, the propeller shaft may come off the support bearing bracket, because the bracket is not properly welded. At worst, the propeller shaft falls off, and the vehicle becomes stalled.

On certain vehicles, the sealing between the fuel pump & gauge unit and the fuel tank is insufficient because the gasket form is improper. As a result, there is a possibility that fuel leaks from the connection between the unit and the tank, when the tank is full.

On certain vehicles with SOHC engine, the wrong type of gasket that does not have vent holes are installed on the distributor due to the wrong installation instruction given. If left unfixed, there is a risk that Nitric acid is produced inside the distributor, which corrodes from within decreasing its insulation resistance. At worst, the engine stalls while driving due to an ignition malfunction.
