For vehicles with 1KD-FTV or 2KD-FTV engines, an unsuitable material is used for the fuel hoses connected to the fuel cooler, and therefore, if a snow melting agent is deposited on them, an electric corrosion may occur and cause rust. If this problem is left unattended, the rust may advance, and in the worst case, a fuel leak could develop.
