The gas generating material placed inside the inflator of the driver's SRS airbag is defective, and therefore, when the airbag is deployed, there is a risk that the pressure inside the inflator may rupture the inflator casing. If this occurs, the airbag parts will probably fly out and could cause injury to the occupants.

On certain vehicles, the fuel hose joint (quick connector) is not properly installed and it does not have sufficient serration. If left unfixed, the quick connector may be moved by fuel pressure, in which case the seal could lose its effectiveness causing fuel to leak.

For the fuel pump inside the fuel tank, the installation structure of the regulator valve cap is not adequate, and therefore, fuel can permeate the cap and cause it to swell, and as a result the cap could become loose. If this problem is left unattended and an impact is caused on the fuel tank when driving over the curb etc., the cap may come off causing the regulator valve to fall off, in which case, the engine does not get fuel, so it stops and will not restart.

The sealing bolt for the reduction gear shaft is not sealed in an appropriate way, and therefore, the sealant can be displaced due to the shock stress on the joint between the reduction gear and the shaft from high speed driving. In extreme cases, the reduction gear shaft could come off causing the vehicle to stall.
