There is not sufficient space between the ratchet pole and the bracket, which are components of the parking brake pedal, and therefore, they may interfere with each other and generate more sliding friction, if the plastic ratchet pole swells due to the grease applied to its surface and expands further while the vehicle is parked under the scorching sun. If this occurs, the ratchet pole may not move smoothly when the parking brake pedal is depressed, thus the parking brake may fail to engage.

The outer diameter of the standard wheel covers is larger than it should be. Therefore, when the tyre is put under load, e.g. going over a curb, the sidewall of the tyre and the wheel cover may interfere with each other, and in the worst case, the cover could fall off while travelling and cause obstruction to other traffic.

The instructions were not adequate to ensure proper press fitting of the serration parts of the pulley and bosses of the air conditioner compressor, and therefore, the pulley's pitch circle may become distorted and the welded part may come off, in which case the pulley would fall into its slipping state. If this continues, the auxiliary engine-belt may come off, so the generator would stop functioning, and in the worst case, the engine would stop and fail to restart.

On certain vehicles, the wheel bolts can break, and in the worst case, the wheel could come off, due to inadequate heat treatment of the bolts.

For the driver's seat belt, it may happen that the belt tongue does not latch properly, because the mount in the buckle is defective in manufacturing. In such a case, the lock mechanism does not work, and a collision impact can cause the belt to release, which fails to restrain the driver.
