On certain vehicles, the tightening of the bolt securing the crank pulley on the crankshaft is insufficient due to insufficient lubricant applied to the bolt. If left unfixed, this may cause abnormal noises. At worst, this can lead to that the crank pulley for the engine auxiliary devices fails to convey the power, which causes the alternator to stop working resulting in illumination of the charge warning light, and the power steering hydraulic pump to stop functioning resulting in heavier steering.

The bolt securing the crankshaft pulley may become loose because it is not properly tightened. If left unfixed, in the worst case, the bolt comes off or breaks, causing the pulley to fall off.

The front brake fluid hose is installed at an inappropriate angle, and it may get distorted, because the angle of the metal fitting of the hose is improper. If left unfixed, a crack can occur on the hose, and in the worst case, brake fluid leaks and damping force decreases.
