On certain vehicles, the gears for reclining adjustment of the front seats are defective in manufacturing. If left unfixed, the backrests could collapse in the worst case.

RJ-0677-2

On certain vehicles with manual transmission with which the engine can be started without depressing the clutch pedal, an internal part of the ignition switch unit is defective in manufacturing, and the ignition key may get stuck in the 'start' position, blowing a fuse. If this occurs, in the worst case the engine could stall and will not restart.

RJ-0780-0

On certain vehicles with continuous variable transmission, the torque of the bolt securing the bearing retainer plate inside the continuous variable transmission is insufficient. If left unfixed, the bolt may become loose and cause abnormal noise, and at worst it could fall out, in which case it could be caught between the teeth of the reduction gear or the mission case could break leading to oil leakage, and in both cases the vehicle will stall.
