SAMBAR

RJ-2094-0

The magnetic clutch surfaces of the air conditioner compressor may not be large enough, and therefore, if the compressor belt is adjusted too tight and the engine is continuously run at high revolutions, the clutch may overheat, which could, in the worst case, lead to a fire.

RJ-1592-0

The vehicle label wrongly states the maximum load as 200kg, due to the wrong instruction given at the time of labeling, whereas the correct maximum load is 350kg. Therefore, the vehicle does not satisfy the safety standard regarding the maximum load.

RJ-0575-0

On certain vehicles, a part of the bolt securing the steering lock unit (This part is used only when the bolt is fitted, and it is cut off and discarded after the fitting.) is caught in the universal joint of the steering column in manufacturing. If left unfixed, steering may become heavy, and in the worst case steering could become impossible.

RJ-0581-0

For the electrical control unit for the engine with turbocharger, the electrical wiring is not properly routed and may interfere with the bolt securing the turbocharger cover. If left unfixed, the wire sheath may be damaged causing engine malfunction, and in the worst case the engine could stall.

RJ-0635-0

On certain vehicles, the brake pipes are not properly routed and they may interfere with the vehicle body. If left unfixed, the outer coating of the pipes may peel off, and in the worst case they could corrode.

RJ-0968-0

On certain vehicles, the torque converter and the ring gear are not properly welded, and repetition of acceleration and deceleration etc. can cause the welded sections to come apart, in which case the ring gear and the mission case may interfere with each other making abnormal noise. If the vehicle continues to be driven in such a condition, the ring gear may break, damaging the oil cooler pipe, which could allow oil to leak and in the worst case cause a fire.
