For the snap ring that is to secure the differential side gear inside the transmission and the left front drive shaft together, it may not have sufficient overlapping over the differential side gear due to improper shape. If this problem is left unattended, the snap ring may lose some holding power during high speed driving. Interlocking between the gear and the shaft may be lost, such as when the vehicle bounces, and this could in the worst case cause the vehicle to stall, as no driving force would be transmitted to the tyre.

The catalyst inside the muffler is not properly secured, and therefore, it may move inside the muffler due to the exhaust gas pressure and vibration. If this problem is left unattended, the catalyst may interfere with the muffler wall, generating abnormal noise, and in the worst case, the catalyst may be damaged.

For 4WD vehicles, the rear wheel hubs may have cracks from manufacturing due to inappropriate hardness of the material. If the vehicle continues to be driven with such cracks, the cracks may advance and the rear wheel hubs may break, and in the worst case, the rear wheels could fall off.

For 4WD vehicles with manual transmission, the transmission case and the transfer case may interfere with each other depending on the installation, due to insufficient clearance setting. The interference can cause excessive stress on the differential side bearings, which may break. If the vehicle continues to be driven with such breakage, a broken piece of the side bearings may damage the oil seals, leading oil leakage, which in the worst case could cause the vehicle to stall.
