For the vehicles with common rail fuel injection system, the flow dampers (parts that limit fuel flow) do not have sufficient strength, and they may crack around where the fuel injection pipes are attached, due to repeated pressure at fuel injection timings. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may grow, allowing fuel to leak, which in the worst case could result in a fire.

Correction: 
The flow dampers should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units. Also, the fuel injection pipes should be replaced with the ones that match the factory approved replacement dampers.
