For the front brake disk rotors, the grooves at the base, which are to prevent heat deformation, do not have an appropriate shape, and therefore, the disk rotors may develop cracks when they repeatedly undergo heat stress caused by frequent braking on a downhill etc. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may grow, and in the worst case, the disk rotors may break, which would result in a longer braking distance.
