For the fuel gauge, the circuit board may suffer from heat expansion/contraction from the heat of the light in the instrument panel, and the circuit could eventually break. If this occurs, the gauge may give a higher reading than the actual value, and at worst the driver may run out of the fuel without knowing, in which case the engine could stall while the vehicle is being driven and fail to restart.

On certain vehicles, there is not sufficient clearance for the spool valve in the power steering pump, which is to keep the internal pump pressure under a specified level. If foreign materials such as sand are present in the power steering fluid and they become stuck in the valve, the internal pressure may rise and the inside of the pump may be damaged, in which case the pump could fail to generate pressure, resulting in heavier steering.

On certain vehicles, the parking brake cable may not be installed properly and may interfere with the rear brake pipes. If this problem is left unattended, wearing may occur on the interfering sections.

For the front brake disk rotors, the grooves at the base, which are to prevent heat deformation, do not have an appropriate shape, and therefore, the disk rotors may develop cracks when they repeatedly undergo heat stress caused by frequent braking on a downhill etc. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may grow, and in the worst case, the disk rotors may break, which would result in a longer braking distance.

The shape of the air spoiler done by the equipment manufacturer does not comply with the structural standard.

There is a glitch in the program to control the automatic transmission, and therefore the hydraulic pressure of the transmission input clutch on certain vehicles is low. When such a vehicle is driven in 5th gear at high speed, the clutch may slip causing the engine revs to increase. If the vehicle continues to be driven in this condition, it may happen that vehicle body vibration is generated and the clutch slips in a lower gear, making it difficult to accelerate in accordance with an accelerator operation, and at worst driving at medium or high speed could become impossible.

RJ-1205-0

There is a glitch in the program of the computer to control the engine, so the air/fuel ratio becomes too lean when fuel vapors are used, causing the temperature of exhaust gas to increase. As a result of this, the front catalysts may be damaged from the inside due to heat degradation from high temperature exhaust gas passed through repeatedly.
