This recall concerns the spring type parking brake system. (1) The watertight caps may allow water to enter the spring chambers due to an improper installation, and as a result of this, the springs may rust and eventually break. If this occurs, the diaphragms may break and allow air to escape, and in the worst case, the parking brake would be actuated while the vehicle is in motion. (2) The watertight caps may allow water to enter the spring chambers, because the cap screws do not have an appropriate shape, and as a result of this, the springs may rust and eventually break. If this occurs, the diaphragms may break and allow air to escape, and in the worst case, the parking brake would be actuated while the vehicle is in motion. (3) The watertight caps may allow water to enter the spring chambers, because the cap screws were not properly driven at factory, and as a result of this, the springs may rust and eventually break. If this occurs, the diaphragms may break and allow air to escape, and in the worst case, the parking brake would be actuated while the vehicle is in motion.

Correction: 
(1) The parking brake chambers should be inspected, and the ones with rust inside should be replaced with quality assured items. Also, for all the vehicles, the watertight caps should be replaced with new ones. (2)(3) The factory name on the parking brake chambers should be checked, and the ones subject to this recall should be inspected. The parking brake chambers with rust inside should be replaced with quality assured items. Also, for all the vehicles, adhesive should be applied to around the watertight cap screws.
