The propeller shaft centre bearing bracket does not have sufficient strength, and therefore, it may crack, if the vehicle is driven at a high speed for a certain time of period. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may progress, and the bracket could eventually fracture, in which case, the propeller shaft could hang loose and the vehicle would stall. Note: This problem was submitted on the 17th July 2008 as RJ-2148-0, but not all the vehicles were included in that recall, so additional vehicles are included in this recall.
