For the left rear door with electrically operated closing mechanism, the anti-trap function does not work properly on certain conditions, and therefore, in the event of a switch malfunction, when the door is electrically closed, the lock may be released on a wrong assumption that a foreign material has been caught between the door and the frame. If this occurs, in the worst case, the door is opened while the vehicle is in motion.

For the electric lifts for wheelchairs on welfare vehicles, ascending and descending operations can lead to metal fatigue in the shaft, which transmits the driving force from the electric motor to the left side of the lift, resulting in cracks due to insufficient strength of the shaft. If this problem is left unattended, the shaft can break causing the lift to tilt towards the left.

For the electric lifts for wheelchairs on welfare vehicles, when lowering the lift on a steep hill etc., the switch that detects the lift position to stop and stops the electric motor may fail to function, which causes the lift not to stop until the track brackets hit the rod end brackets at the left and right sides of the lift. Repeating such an operation can damage the track brackets and cause abnormal noise, and in the worst case, resulting in the lift to become tilted.
