Due to a problem in the ABS control software, the braking power may be reduced when the ABS cuts in. Therefore, when a driver steps on a brake pedal, driving over an icy or bumpy road, there may be a delay in pedal feel and/or a brake lag. If the amount of pressure on the pedal is not increased in these circumstances, there may be an unexpected increase in the braking distance.
