For the driver's door and the front passenger's door fitted with intelligent key system of certain vehicles, the outside door handles are too big and may not go back into place after the door is opened, in which case the door may not close properly.

On certain vehicles, there may not be sufficient waterproofing sealant applied to the front wiper motor, so rainy water etc. can enter into the motor and cause a short circuit. In addition, soldering in the electrical circuit board may not be done properly, and therefore, it may come off and cause conductivity problems. Either of these issues could, in the worst case, lead to wiper malfunction.

For vehicles with automatic headlight leveling systems, unused electrical wiring connector is not properly waterproofed, and therefore, if snow melting agent etc. deposits on the connector terminals, an insulation failure may occur. This means signals could be incorrectly conveyed to the odometer, making the travel distance calculation inaccurate.

For vehicles with a smart key system fitted, the outer front door handles may have some gap between the base and the cover, and therefore, the handle may get caught when the door is opened. If this occurs, the door may not be able to close properly.

For the steering gear, the tightening torque of the nuts securing the pinion shaft may decrease due to improper manufacturing of the nuts. Therefore, there is a risk that the nuts may gradually loosen, and in the worst case, the pinion shaft could slip out and steering would become impossible.

For the fuel pump unit securing part, there may be sharp bosses due to improper process of making a hole. If this problem is left unattended, the packing on that part may crack, which in the worst case could result in a fuel leak.
