If the fuel pipe is blocked, the internal pressure of the fuel tank can rise depending on the driving condition. If this occurs, the fuel tank may be deformed, and in the worst case, the tank and the propeller shaft could interfere with each other damaging the tank, which could allow fuel to leak and cause a fire.

The lower gears for reclining adjustment of the front seats may be damaged due to insufficient strength, and in the worst case the backrests could collapse.

For the electronic fuel injection type engine without turbocharger, the fuel hose may lose some of its flexibility due to improper material. If this problem is left unattended, engine vibration etc. can cause fuel to leak from the joint between the fuel hose and the fuel injection unit, which could in the worst case, lead to a fire.

On certain vehicles, the bolts securing the frame inside the driver's backrest and the reclining adjustment unit are not sufficiently tightened. If left unfixed, the bolts can become loose, and in the worst case they could come off while driving, which could cause the backrest to collapse.
