The engine rear mount should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, and the engine front mount should be replaced with a new one. Incidentally, it will take time to supply all the factory approved replacement engine rear mounts and new engine front mounts, and therefore as a temporary measure, the engine rear mount should be inspected, and if there is damage, the replacements should be carried out, and otherwise, they should be done at a later date.

Correction: 
The antivibration rubber part of the engine rear mount does not have sufficient strength, and therefore, repeated engine vibration while starting and accelerating can cause the rubber to crack and break. If this problem is left unattended, the engine front mount can be damaged, and in the worst case, the engine side supporting part of the gear shifting unit could come off, making a gear shifting operation impossible.
