The front brake hose is distorted, due to its improper position, and excessive stress may be put onto it. If left unfixed, in the worst case, a crack occurs on the hose, causing brake fluid to leak, and damping force decreases.

RJ-0629-1

For the vacuum brake booster, engine combustion products may get accumulated inside the booster pipe, due to the improper position of the port (brake nipple) located on the intake manifold. If left unfixed, in the worst case, damping force decreases when a brake pedal is operated repeatedly in a short time period.

RJ-0629-2

Because the circuit of airbag control unit, which removes electric noise, is improper, the control unit may get damaged by the ignition pulse at the time of engine start. At worst, the airbag(s) may be deployed while driving.

RJ-0740-1

The top panel of the fuel tank becomes deformed when pressure inside the tank changes, because it lacks strength. If left unfixed, a crack may occur on the deformed part of the panel. At worst, fuel leakage occurs when the tank is full.
