For certain vehicles with 18 inch tyres (215/45R18 89W), there may be scratches on the sides of the tyres due to the failure of the equipment used at installing the tyres and wheels. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the scratches might gradually deepen, which could cause the tyre pressure to decrease.

For the fuel system, the way the fuel return pipe is secured is not suitable, so there may be too much stress on the securing sections, caused by engine vibration etc. If this problem is left unattended, the pipe may crack, which could result in a fuel leak.

On certain vehicles, the inside of the vacuum hose for the vacuum brake booster is not thoroughly cleaned, and there is a high amount of mold release agent on the check valve inside the hose. If the mold release agent mixes with the stuff precipitated from the hose, the check valve may get stuck when the engine is cool, in which case the vacuum brake booster will not provide full power at the time of braking for the first time after start-up, and the driver would need to depress the brake pedal more than normal.

For the connector of the power transistor that controls blow fan airflow, it is not installed in the right place, and the terminal surfaces are not properly processed. The contact points of the connector may fail to touch each other fully after the connector is pushed by external force, e.g. by a passenger's foot, and the resistance of the contact points may increase, causing the temperature of the connector to rise. If this is repeated, the connector may be damaged by melting, and in the worst case, the blow fan could malfunction, making the defroster inoperable.

On certain vehicles, there is not sufficient space between the electronic wirings for automatic transmission and the edge of the thermostat fitting because the wirings are improperly secured, and vibration during travel could damage the wire coating. If left unfixed, in the worst case, a short circuit occurs, causing the gear stuck in 3rd or incorrect speedometer readings. This recall is only for vehicles with intercooler turbocharger.

RJ-1136-0

On certain vehicles, the crank angular sensor wire may interfere with the power steering belt, due to the improper method of securing the wire. If left unfixed, in the worst case, the wire gets disconnected, and the engine stops and will not restart. Note: This recall is only for vehicles with 4G93 engine.

For the passenger airbag inflator, on some vehicles, the sufficient air tightness was not achieved, because the reference value set for the air tightness test was incorrect. As a result, the lack of gas enclosed in the inflator may delay airbag deployment at the time of airbag activation. At worst, a passenger may suffer from excessive damage in frontal collision.

On certain vehicles, there is a manufacturing defect in the support pipe at the lower part of the steering column of the steering unit. If unfixed and run at high temperature, this defect causes adhesive strength between the bearing and the column pipe to decrease. At worst, the bearing comes out place, and the vechicle loses a smooth steering operation and gives off interfering sounds.
