On certain vehicles, the cam angular sensor and the crank angular sensor are defective in manufacturing. If left unfixed, a contact failure may occur inside the sensors, in which case, the sensors could stop generating normal signals, and at worst the engine could stall while idling etc. and will not restart.

On certain vehicles, the oil pump shaft inside the 6 speed manual transmission does not have sufficient strength due to improper heat treatment, and the shaft may break and be caught between the mission case and the internal gear, in which case the mission case may break allowing oil to leak. If the vehicle continues to be driven in such a condition, in the worst case it could stall.
