RJ-1342-2

On certain vehicles, the sealing where the fuel pump is attached on the fuel tank is insufficient due to the improperly installed gasket, and therefore, fuel may leak from the attachment section, when the tank is full.

RJ-1342-1

The rear stabilizer has an inappropriate shape, and therefore it may move horizontally if the vehicle is driven in a way that causes the vehicle body to twist while the stabilizer is wet. If this occurs, the stabilizer may interfere with the union bolt for the rear brake caliper and cause it to become loose, which could result in brake fluid leakage, thus reducing the braking efficiency.

RJ-0467-0

For vehicles with auto cruise system and turbo engine, the auto cruise lever, which is installed on the throttle, has an improper shaped hook. Therefore, The auto cruise cable may become dislodged out of the lever groove and lodge on the hook when the accelerator pedal is depressed, and this can cause the engine revs to rise higher than they should.

KJ-0113-0

For engines with turbochargers, there is a glitch in the program of the engine control unit, and therefore, it may take time to restart the engine after engine stop.

RJ-0729-0

On certain vehicles, the vent hole of the charcoal canister is not through from manufacturing. If left unfixed, the top part of the fuel tank may crack due to internal pressure change, and in the worst case it could allow fuel to leak.

RJ-0545-0

On certain vehicles, there is no emergency flare equipped.

RJ-0488-4

On certain vehicles, the hazard lights switch is defective in manufacturing, and it may not move back to the off position when it is switched off. If this occurs, in the worst case the hazard lights could keep flashing or the direction indicators could fail to flash.

RJ-0481-2

On certain vehicles, the diode and the IC voltage regulator of the alternator are defective in manufacturing, and If left unfixed, contact failure may be caused. If this occurs, the battery may not be charged, and in the worst case, the engine could stall.

RJ-1052-0

For vehicles with auto cruise system, the auto cruise cable may become dislodged out of the groove of the auto cruise lever when the accelerator pedal is depressed, because the hook, which is to prevent the cable from dislodging, does not cover the full width of the groove. If the cable lodges on the hook, the engine revs could remain high even when the accelerator pedal is released.
