For dump trucks with sliding bed, modified from motor trucks, the frame may crack, if the truck is used under extreme conditions, such as repeatedly lifting and lowering the bed with excessive load. If this problem is left unattended, the crack may grow, and in the worst case, the frame might break.

For the hydraulic booster, which enhances braking power, on certain vehicles, air tightness between the piston and the piston cup in the cylinder is poor due to the improper processing of the piston cup groove. For this reason, air may be sucked through between the piston cup and the piston because of the vacuum created by repetitive operations of the brake pedal, and it could mix into the brake fluid. At worst, damping force decreases.

On certain vehicles, the hydraulic booster sub return hose for power steering may interfere with the heater hose clips and be pulled, when the cab is tilted, because it is installed in a twisted position. If left unfixed, in the worst case, the hose comes off causing oil leakage, and this may result in reduced steering control and brake efficiency.
