For the terminal of the electrical wiring connected to the alternator, oxidation may occur on the caulked joint due to the lack of adequate caulking, which could result in electrical disconnection. If this problem is left unattended, the engine will stall and fail to restart, as the battery will not be charged.

On certain vehicles, rainwater can enter the blower fan motor due to the improper structure of the air intake of the air conditioner, and therefore, the motor bearing may become rusty and stuck, in which case the blower fan motor would cease to operate, causing the defroster to stop functioning. For the manual air conditioner, the fuse of the resistor that controls the blower fan revolutions may not meltdown, and in the worst case, a fire could break out.

For the controller of the auto step unit, which operates in conjunction with the opening/closing operation of the left sliding door, to make entering/exiting the vehicle easier, it may mistakenly identify that the vehicle has started, when the brake pedal is pressed more than twice a second, even while the engine is stopped and the auto step is extended out, due to a program glitch. If this occurs, the fail-safe function may activate, and in the worst case, the step might be put away while a passenger is trying to enter/exit the vehicle.

For the balancers installed on the flip-up back door, there may be a residue of cleaning fluid left inside the damper cases, due to an inappropriate manufacturing process, and this may cause the O-rings to swell. If this occurs, the back door may open faster than the designated speed and hit a person, or it may bounce up and down as a result of hard opening and damage the balancer securing parts. If, in the worst case, either of the balancer securing parts breaks, the back door may fall and hit a person.

For the cooling water hose for the engine, its engine side end is not installed in an appropriate way, and therefore, the hose end may dislodge due to water pressure at high revs. If this problem is left unattended, the hose may interfere with the surrounding parts and be damaged, or it may come, causing the cooling water to run off, which in the worst case could result in overheating.

For the high tension leads for the engine igniter, the material of the plug cap is not suitable for that purpose. If the engine compartment is kept at high temperature and humidity for a long time, the insulation of the plug cap can deteriorate, causing unstable engine operation.

For vehicles equipped with turbocharger, the structure of the supporting attachment of the exhaust pipe is improper, and therefore, vibration can cause a crack in the welded part between the attachment and the pipe, causing exhaust gas to leak. If this problem is left unattended, the exhaust pipe may break, which could cause the noise level to increase.
