The way in which the clamps to secure the fuel injection pipes are fastened is not appropriate, and therefore, when the rubber parts of the clamps deteriorate, the bolts and the nuts can become loose, and they and the clamps may fall off. If this occurs, the fallen part could be caught between the starter motor and the terminal causing a short circuit, and in the worst case, the starter harness could be damaged resulting in engine start failure or leading to a fire.

The right front brake pipe is not properly routed, and it may interfere with the gear shift rod when the gears are changed. If left unfixed, the pipe may be damaged, and in the worst case, it would allow brake fluid to leak, which would result in reduced braking efficiency.

On certain vehicles, the parking brake cable is improperly routed and secured, and it may come off the parking lever end clip when the lever is operated, in which case the brake would not work.

A combination between the steering shaft and the gearbox does not provide sufficient serration. If left unfixed, the serration part wears, and in the worst case, the grip is lost, and steering becomes impossible.

On certain vehicles, the left front wheel brake pipe may interfere with the upper arm of the suspension assembly due to its improper routing. If left unfixed, the brake pipe may get damaged, and in the worst case, the brake fluid can leak, resulting in reduced brake efficiency.

On certain vehicles, the brake pipe for rear wheels, which is located at the upper left front of the frame, may interfere with the cables, such as an accelerator cable. If left unfixed, the pipe may get damaged due to engine vibration, and in the worst case, brake fluid leaks, causing damping force to decrease.
