The government should hold a full, public inquiry into the issuing of drivers’ licenses, says the car review website dogandlemon.com.
Editor Clive Matthew-Wilson, who is an active road safety campaigner, says:
“I’m deeply concerned at the number of complaints that have emerged about the current system. Despite reassurances from the government, there is a widespread belief that competent motorists are being failed for petty excuses, even if their driving is of a high standard.”
