RJ-2604-2

On certain vehicles, the tightening torque of the back door stay bolt is not sufficient, and therefore, the bolt may loosen from opening/closing the door. If this problem is left unattended, the stay could separate from the door, in which case it would become impossible for the back door to remain wide open.

RJ-2604-1

The back door may fail to close fully, because it may have been ill fitted on certain vehicles at factory, and also because the interlock angle between the door lock and the door striker is not properly designed. If this problem is left unattended, the door lock may disengage causing the door to open while the vehicle is in motion, in which case the load could fall.

RJ-2598-0

For the hybrid motor bearing of certain vehicles, the bearing may have been put under excessive pressure at factory due to poor management of machinery, and if so, it may overheat and cause the grease to deteriorate. If this problem is left unattended, the engine could stall.

RJ-2045-0

For CNG and LPG vehicles, carbide film may be formed on the relay for the gas shutoff valve, causing the electric resistance to increase. If this problem is left unattended, the gas shutoff valve may remain closed, and in the worst case, the engine could stall while the vehicle is being driven and fail to restart.

RJ-2224-0

For vehicles with vinyl floor mats, the shape of the lower end of the accelerator pedal is not appropriate, and therefore, if the pedal is repeatedly depressed with excessive force pushing the floor, the floor mat may get torn. If this occurs, in the worst case, the pedal may get stuck in the hole, which could make it impossible to lower the engine revs.

RJ-2223-0

For LPG vehicles, the material of the gas tank filler hose is not appropriate, and therefore, cracks may develop on the hose surface. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may progress, and a gas leak could occur when the gas tank is filled.

RJ-1800-0

For vehicles that are equipped with a load bed tilting device as an option (multi-purpose dump trucks, light dump trucks and mini dump trucks), the reversing light is not installed at an appropriate position, and therefore, the visibility of the reversing light does not meet the safety standards.

RJ-1718-0

For the brake system, the front brake hoses may be of a wrong type. If so, the shape of the hose base that secures the hose to the brake caliper is not desirable, and the flow channel of the brake fluid is narrow. In such a case, conveying fluid pressure to the brake caliper may take longer at sudden braking, and in the worst case, braking balance may be off and/or braking distance may become longer.

RJ-0613-0

The torque of the bolt connecting the centre arm and the rack end of the steering link system is not sufficient. If left unfixed, the bolt may become loose causing abnormal noise, and in the worst case it could fall off, which can result in impaired steering.

RJ-0549-0

On certain vehicles, the shift cable that connects the transmission and the shift lever is not properly installed, and this can make the shifting operation heavier. If left unfixed, the cable core line may break, and in the worst case, it could become impossible to operate the shift lever.
