(1) For the hydraulic power steering unit, the low pressure side hose may be deformed due to an improper manufacturing process and may crack due to the pressure movement caused by steering, allowing the oil to leak. If this occurs, in the worst case, the oil may deposit on the exhaust pipe and cause a fire. (2) The A/T shift cable may not be properly routed, and therefore, it may interfere with the brake pipe due to vibration during traveling. If this problem is left unattended, the anti-rust agent may be scraped off and rust may occur.

On certain vehicles, the open/close switches of the latches of the electric sliding doors may not be at the right position, and therefore, the switch spring and the latchet lever may interfere with each other when the door is closed manually with force. If this occurs, the door latch may not operate properly, and in the worst case, the door may not close.

For vehicles with turbochargers, the oil filler cap may have been loosened during transporting of the engine. If this problem is left unattended, oil may spatter from the cap during high load travelling, which in the worst case could lead to a fire.

On certain vehicles, the nut securing the pulley for the power steering hydraulic pump can become loose due to inadequate processing of the pulley. If this problem is left unattended, the pulley can come off the pump, in which case, the charge warning light is illuminated, steering becomes heavier, and the water pump stops functioning resulting in overheat, which causes the vehicle to stall.

The PCV hose that conveys blow-by gas to the intake manifold can expand and contract from fluctuation of negative pressure in the hose because its shape is inappropriate. If left unfixed, hair cracks caused by blow-by gas or ozone can grow, and the hose could break.

On certain vehicles with auto cruise control system, the attachment part that the bracket of the auto cruise control cable is secured to does not have sufficient durability against bending stress. If left unfixed, the attachment part can crack and break, and in which case, the bracket no longer secures the auto cruise control cable. If this occurs, and in the worst case, the auto cruise control cable could fall and get hung up on the accelerator cable, causing the inner wire of the auto cruise control cable to be kept pulled, which makes it impossible to decrease the engine revs.

The terminals in the ground joint connector (for the EGI main relay and fog lights etc.) can melt from current heat because they do not have sufficient tolerance to temperature, and in which case electrical continuity is lost at the terminals resulting in loss of grounding.
