On certain vehicles, the rubber of the hydraulic oil hoses in automatic transmission may lack rigidity due to inadequate vulcanization process of the hoses. Because of this, the hoses become less tightly held by the clips, and in the worst case, the hose comes off, causing the vehicle to stall.

For vehicles with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) and EZGO (Easy Go: parking and gradient braking system that supplies positive braking when the vehicle is stationary on an up gradient and then facilitates moving off), on some of them, the hydraulic unit is defective in manufacturing. If left unfixed, excessive free play in the brake pedal can occur after ABS is activated. At worst, the rear wheel brakes become inoperative, and damping force decreases.

The vacuum pump shaft, which is used for the vacuum brake booster and the exhaust recycling equipment, may lack strength due to inadequate heat treatment, and this may lead to damage. As a result, negative pressure within the vacuum tank in the vacuum brake booster may decrease, lighting up the brake warning signal, and also causing damping force to decrease.

On certain vehicles, the shaft of the vacuum pump used for the exhaust gas recirculation system may get damaged, because its strength is insufficient, due to improper heat treatment. As a result, negative pressure is not generated, stopping the exhaust gas recirculation valve operating. This may cause the density of nitrogen oxides to exceed the standard.

On certain vehicles, it may happen that the starter key fails to return to the 'on' position smoothly, when a starting operation is repeated, because there is a processing fault in the engine starter switch. If left unfixed, the starter key may get stuck in the 'start' position, causing the starter motor kept activated. At worst, the motor gets overheated and burnout, which may lead to a fire.

On certain vehicles, the transmission shift cable is kinked due to the incorrect angle of the improperly structured clamp in the middle of the cable. If left unfixed, the wire inside the cable may break from fatigue, which will prevent gear shifting.

On certain vehicles, the electric wire harness may interfere with the wiper link when the wipers are in motion due to improper wiring. If left unfixed, the wire harness can be damaged, and in the worst case, the warning light is illuminated, or the starter malfunctions resulting in burnout of it and it will not start the engine.

The circulator in the gearbox does not have sufficient strength margin to allow for excessive power steering assist, because its structure is improper. Therefore, if steering with the tyre in contact with the curb is repeated, the circulator may get damaged, and in the worst case, steering becomes impossible.
