The power steering pipe is not properly installed and may interfere with another component. If left unfixed, the pipe may be damaged, which in the worst case would allow power steering oil to leak, making steering heavier.

RJ-0675-0

For the rear wheel parking brake, the air vents of the air chambers are not sealed in a proper method, and therefore water can enter inside the air chambers, causing the springs to rust, and in the worst case, the springs could break, which would adversely affect the performance of the brake.

RJ-0776-0

On certain vehicles, the welding positions are out of alignment, and so the welded sections may not have sufficient strength. Such welded sections may come off, and in the worst case, the propeller shaft might rotate without conveying power, causing the vehicle to stall.

RJ-0814-0

For certain air parking brakes, the wheel cylinder boots may fail to maintain air-tightness due to improper installation and allow water to enter inside. If this occurs, the draw rods or the wedge rods may rust, which could cause the sliding sections of the draw rods not to move smoothly resulting in reduced braking efficiency, and at worst, one of the wedge rods could break, in which case the parking brake of that wheel would not work, greatly reducing braking efficiency.

RJ-1029-0

The arms of the stabilinkers, which connect the rear axles and the frame (act as both a torque rod and a stabilizer), may deform at a sharp turn due to a lack of strength. If this problem is left unfixed, the stabilinker arms may crack and subsequently break, in which case the rear axles would become misaligned, causing the vehicle to stall.

RJ-1091-0

(1) The finishing of the internal surfaces of the cam in the power steering oil pump is not proper, and therefore, the temperature of the surfaces may increase from friction and the cam may deform, which may cause damage on the surfaces. If this problem is left unattended, the cam could break when the steering wheel is turned far to the left or right, in which case the power steering function would be lost and steering would become impossible.

RJ-1163-0

For front tandem axle vehicles, (1) the link rod may interfere with the tyre when the vehicle goes over a bump while the steering wheel is turned to the max, due to its unsuitable shape. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the rod could break, making accurate steering impossible. (2) The brake pipe may interfere with the tyre when the vehicle goes over a bump while the steering wheel is turned to the max, due to its unsuitable shape.

RJ-1165-0

The frame on which the brackets of the rear axle leaf springs are secured does not have sufficient strength, and it may crack around the holes for the brackets. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may grow, which could adversely affect the vehicle's stability.

RJ-1219-0

For the vehicles with common rail fuel injection system, the flow dampers (parts that limit fuel flow) do not have sufficient strength, and they may crack around where the fuel injection pipes are attached, due to repeated pressure at fuel injection timings. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may grow, allowing fuel to leak, which in the worst case could result in a fire.

RJ-1292-0

The air tube (nylon tube) for the parking brake may soften due to the heat from the engine, because it is improperly routed, and subsequently it may be damaged, allowing air to leak. If this occurs, the parking brake could be activated while driving, causing the vehicle to stall.
