RJ-1470-0

The electrical circuit of the auxiliary brake system (electrical retarder) is not properly connected the brake lights, and therefore, activating the retarder does not turn the brake lights on. In addition, this problem may cause damage to the brake lights circuit inside the electrical control unit of the retarder, in which case activating the retarder will not turn the brake lights on. A similar problem was reported in RJ-1421-0 on 10th May 2005, but this recall is to supersede it.

RJ-0812-0

On certain normal floor model vehicles with air suspension, the lateral rod brackets may not be properly welded, and therefore, they may crack. If this problem is left unattended, the brackets may break, which could cause the vehicle to stall.

RJ-0815-0

Fro vehicles with 12-speed manual transmission, the function of suppressing voltage surge, which occurs when the electromagnetic valve for transmission shift operates, is not adequate, and therefore, noise from the electromagnetic valve may affect the device that converts the signals from the speed sensor and transmits them to the speedometer etc. If this occurs, the converted values from the device may become abnormal, which could cause the speedometer, the tachograph, the speed display equipment and/or the speed limiter to stop functioning.

RJ-0827-0

On certain steering units, the fixing nut on the hydraulic pressure control unit inside the steering gear box may be defective in manufacturing. If this problem is left unattended, the performance of the hydraulic power steering system may be compromised, and in the worst case, steering would become impossible.

RJ-0849-0

For the water hoses between the engine and the automatic transmission oil cooler, they may not have sufficient strength, and therefore, they may deform due to repeated internal pressure changes. If this problem is left unattended, the hoses may break and allow a large volume of water to leak rapidly, which would cause the engine to overheat.

RJ-0881-0

The tube support, which secures the fuel tube between the supply pump and the common rail, does not have an appropriate shape, and therefore, the frontal part of the tube may not be properly secured, in which case stress may be induced by engine vibration to the base of the frontal fuel tube. If this problem is left unattended, the base may crack, which could cause a fuel leak.

RJ-0898-0

For the intermediate arm of the steering linkage, the arm shaft does not have sufficient strength and may be bent. If this problem is left unattended, the bearings may break, and in the worst case, the shaft could break, which would make steering impossible.

RJ-0898-1

For the intermediate arm of the steering linkage, the arm shaft does not have sufficient strength and may be bent. If this problem is left unattended, the bearings may break, and in the worst case, the shaft could break, which would make steering impossible. Note: This recall is to submit the permanent measure that will supersede the temporary measure reported in RJ-0898-0 on 28th November 2002.

RJ-0904-0

On certain vehicles, the yoke that connects the steering column and the gearbox may have cracks due to improper heat processing. If this problem is left unattended, the yoke may break, which would make steering impossible.

RJ-0984-0

For certain aluminum wheels for buses, there may be tensile stress around the decoration holes due to the improper process of partially strengthening the wheels, and therefore, the wheels may be damaged by load from driving.
