For the air parking brake, the wheel cylinder boots may not have sufficient air-tightness and may allow water to enter inside. If this problem is left unattended, the moving sections of the wedge guides may rust and get stuck. If this occurs, it may happen that the parking brake is not released, and in which case, brake fade would occur.

The aluminum air brake tank may crack on the surface due to improper heat processing. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may progress and eventually reach to the inside, allowing the compressed air to leak, and in the worst case, braking efficiency would be reduced.

For the air brake compressor, the compression pressure control valve may be defective in manufacturing, and it may be stuck at the position of stopping compression, in which case compressed air will not be filled up and the warning light will illuminate. For the V rods that connect the vehicle frame and the rear axles, the torque of the bolts on the frame side is not sufficient. If this problem is left unattended, the rods may rattle around the fixing sections, and at worst, the rear axles could become wobbly, in which case the tyres and the frame might interfere with each other, causing the vehicle to stall.

The fixing clamps for the brake hoses for the front wheels, which are to insure adequate clearance between the electrical wiring and the tyre, are not placed at the right positions. If this problem is left unattended, the brake hoses may be damaged, and in the worst case, brake fluid could leak, which would adversely affect the braking performance of the vehicle.

For the fuel system, the fixing clamp for the fuel pipe between the fuel supply pump and the fuel filter is not at the right position, and the way that the bracket for the fuel injection pump is installed is not appropriate. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the fuel pipe may crack from engine vibration, which could allow fuel to leak.
